Competition Terms And Conditions

NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.

1. One prize will be awarded to one winner each month, consisting of one ipod nano. My Big Idea Pad has the right to change the prize type each month.

2. To participate in the prize draw, register online at www.mybigideapad.com. To enter, input the required details in the fields provided and click “Submit.” Please ensure you fill out all required fields.

3. Only online entries will be accepted, any other entries will be treated as void and not entered into the competition.

4. The competition will terminate on last day of each calendar month, after which no further competition applications shall be accepted.

5. The winner will be randomly chosen from all registered users of the My Big Idea Pad website.

6. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 working days from date of prize draw. My Big Idea Pad does not accept any responsibility for any prizes lost or stolen within the postal system.

7. The prize give-away is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable with My Big Idea Pad.

8. There is no cash alternative for the prize give-away.

9. There is a limit of one entry (of any kind) per individual. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible users registered on the My Big Idea Pad website.

10. This offer is exclusive and may not be used in conjunction with any other My Big Idea Pad offers.

11. If you are selected as the prize winner, you will be notified by contact at the email address provided. My Big Idea Pad will not be responsible for failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrant to receive notification.

12. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among the original entries.

13. Where legal, by accepting the prize, the winner authorizes My Big Idea Pad to announce and publish (and/or otherwise use for purposes of advertising/trade/promotion) his/her name, address (only city), photograph or likeness without additional compensation or notification.

14. By entering this competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be final.
